The Group Exercise timetable is slowly increasing in class selections.
To help you gradually increase your fitness and wellbeing, the class timetable is being update. Please come back regularly and check.

  • All group exercise classes will be a maximum of 45 minutes in duration.
  • Ensure you follow the social distancing requirement of 1.5 metres.
  • Practice good personal hygiene. Ensure you wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser in your workout zone.
  • Bring a large towel and place over your bench or floor mat if safe to do so.
  • Ensure you wipe down any equipment used prior to the next class.
  • You are required to follow the directions of the staff and trainers at all times.
