What to know for your first Barre Attack class

Barre Attack uses a ballet barre to create the ultimate standing stability and core workout, guaranteed to make you sweat and fast track your way to a longer, leaner, fitter body.

Due to the low impact, standing stability and alignment focussed movements this is one of the best workouts for new mums. The only resistance through the class is your own body weight, resistance bands and balls.
